1 Access to the KICK Lifestyle APP – 100s of inspirational videos coaching you the revolutionary methodology “The KICK 4 minute round workout” which equals 1 X KICK round.
2 Weekly ZOOM classes for 1 hour. Sophs will teach you how to train the KICK 4 minute rounds by putting on the clock and off we go. Getting us to move and feel our bodies. The Q&A will answer any of your questions to help your week and any niggles Sophs will show you in the KICK 4 minute rounds to help you. Magic.
3 Access to our K + KICK Club Membership group – our private facebook group where our community chats and can keeps each other accountable. Sophs will be in daily answering questions that will constantly inspire you all to keep moving and keep KICKin. Keeping the group accountable on your weekly tasks.

Our KICK 4 minute round workout method is designed to coach you on every fitness level for every fitness level. You will work through the KICK clock and build up through the rounds so you become your own designer of your workout.

Eating is 80 % of your new lifestyle plan.
We aim to keep eating simply nutritious. Easy to cook and delicious to eat. Whether you are a meat eater, vegetarian or vegan you can benefit from our recipe ideas. The key is to :
*follow the weekly food structure
*don’t count calories, keep the portions halved
*your cheat meals and days you can eat what you like
*your coach will guide you on how to do this
This is how you will track your progress over the next 30 days from a visual point of view.
We will also track via how you feel and how better you will sleep and how your clothes fit.
You can do a chatting video if you feel more comfortable doing this than pictures.
Sophs and her coaches will support you but most of all the KICK Community will be the strong motivation and inspiration to you all. We have trained this for years now and everyone just gets on a roll to help everyone else. It is super special. Chatting in this community, asking questions and sharing your wins really helps success.
Ever wanted to do a Black Belt in Martial Arts?
Now you can start with Grade 1 of our 21st Century Black Belt grading system called “The Essence”. Receive a beautiful KICK Certificate that you can pop on your wall once you have graded with Sophs.
Learn your punches and kicks in this grade with some fitness and together with the KICK 4 min rounds you will soon be becoming a Champion of your own lives.
I started training with Sophie when she had her studio in London Fields. I love her multi-disciplinary approach and the holistic elements of KICK training, and have carried the philosophy with me I all my training since.
